齊秦（英語：Chyi Chin，1960年1月12日－），生於台灣台中市，台湾男歌手、男演員、填詞人、作曲人。籍貫松江省（今黑龍江省）東寧縣。其父為中華民國國大代表齊濟。齊秦為家中的么子，其兄名齊魯，與他的姐姐齊豫同為知名歌手。曾就讀于懷恩中學、台中二中、世界新專（今世新大學）。迄今齊秦發表過128首自己的詞曲創作作品，他的代表作有〈大约在冬季〉、〈狼〉、〈無情的雨無情的你〉、〈原來的我〉、〈不讓我的眼淚陪我過夜〉、〈夜夜夜夜〉、〈往事隨風〉、〈懸崖〉、〈外面的世界〉和〈你如何還能這樣溫柔〉等等，以音色高亮著稱。他的作品曾被張國榮、關正傑、蔡齡齡、黃凱芹和蔡濟文等人改編，也對中國大陸諸多音樂人，如張亞東、沙寶亮、李健、胡海泉等形成深遠的影響。齊秦曾四次入圍金曲獎最佳男演唱人獎，并於1997年第8屆金曲獎榮獲該獎項.
